Item description

Responsibilities:

Handle filing and other general administrative duties
Handling of telephone calls, correspondence of faxes and memorandum
Updating and maintaining of employees’ personnel files and hourly time clocking
Administer and update of employee’s leave records
Attending to walk in customer's and phone calls
Any ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma, O Levels or N Levels with Cert in Office Skills
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience preferred
Well-versed in MS Office applications
Pleasant looking
Computer literacy
Posess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle Mandarin speaking customers advantageous
Able to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
