Working hours : 8 am to 5.30 pm (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities include :

ð Provide general administrative support, e.g, coordinating interviews, badges, stationeries ordering, courier services, attendance and leave admin, etc.

ð Coordinates all travel and hotel accommodations for travelers to the US and vice versa,

ð Assist in PRPO generation and PO approvals.

ð Assist the GM/VP in handling phone enquiries and other administrative roles.

Pre-requisites & Qualifications

1. Some prior administrative experience preferred.

2. Simple interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staffs & visitors

3. Must have knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word

4. Simple organizational skills
